Prawn cocktail


I wish i didnt have to waste your time and eye sight telling you time and time again how i love the dishes im showing you here, but i will have to, and after all they ARE my favourite dishes.
Check this easy recipe, all you need is 10 big fresh prawns, dont use the frozen ones.
Chop'em into cubes and leave 4 out for decoration.
All you have to do know is pick a decoration of your own with any veggies you prefer and pour the home made mayo on a cup or bowl.

Home made mayo
2 egg yolks
1 tablespoon of mustard
1 tablespoon of vinegar
the juice of a lemon
olive oil

Mix the eggs with the mustard and salt very well, now pour the olive oil slowly and keep stirring, do it until you reach the amount you need. Add the lemon juice in the end, giving it a nice stir, add more salt if you want. If you can and have time for it,leave it in the fridge to serve chilled.
