Salt crackers (bolachas de água e sal)

Okay...new day...hello hello guys and girls
I start the day with something nice and easy, some salt crackers to go with a nice jam or cheese
I promiss you they are goooood.
Recipe:

2 cups of wheat flour
1 table spoon of Salt
1 cup of cold water, or enough for it to stop sticking to your hands
3 table spoons of olive oil.

Mix everything together until you have a dough that doesnt stick to your fingers.
If you want you can use a tea spoon of dry yeast. ..so when its all mixed, let it sit for 30 to 40 min.
Roll the dough into a rectangular thin sheet and cut into the shape you desire.
Make a few holes on each cracker.
Pre-heat the oven to 450°f pur a tratar or pan with water under the tray with the dough so that the steam goes up on them.
Bake for 10 to 20 minutes, keep an eye on them because its very easy to overcoock them. You can decide if you sprinkle some herbs on the dough while you are mixing the wheat or before they go to the oven.
