Easy to do and very cute for a kid party, you can use various fruit gelatins to get different colours, like one melon with red, others with yellow, green and so on
The only thing you need to do is cut a melon in half and remove and discard(eat of course :) all the kernel and then place the half ball shaped peel facing up into a bowl...prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and then pour the liquid inside the melon peel
Take it to the fridge for 2 hours and cut it into slices to serve
