Watermelon "cake"

One watermelon in the center, you cut both sides, up and down to make it "sit" properly

You will just have to see how much fruit you need while you are making the decoration of the rest

I decide i didn't want to cover the watermelon completely so i just cover the top side with some sweet natural yogurt, next time i will show you how it is when its all covered

A nice fresh dessert

Fruit pizza (Fruit pizza)

back to share ideas with you, and trying to refresh some recipes, changing them to become more pleasant for me and those who share the same taste buds
Check out this lovely dessert, imitating a pizza, pick fruits that you like, slice'em, dice'em and grate them and get to the perfect fruit pizza

I used watermelon as a base

 grapes chopped in half

 very thin cuts of prunes

banana slices

and grated coconut

Cut them in slices just like a pizza and serve chilled

Strawberry gelatin in melon peel

Easy to do and very cute for a kid party, you can use various fruit gelatins to get different colours, like one melon with red, others with yellow, green and so on

The only thing you need to do is cut a melon in half and remove and discard(eat of course :) all the kernel and then place the half ball shaped peel facing up into a bowl...prepare the gelatin according to the instructions on the package and then pour the liquid inside the melon peel

Take it to the fridge for 2 hours and cut it into slices to serve
